The Dampierre estate, whose former castle was rebuilt in 1683 by architect Jules Hardouin Mansart (1646-1708), had been privately owned by the Luynes family since 1680. It changed hands in 2018 with a view to reopening to the public.

That same year, the agency developed a master plan for restoration and enhancement, defining the major stages of an ambitious project combining built and landscape heritage. While working with a private sponsor committed to enhancing the estate, it recently helped to breathe new life into one of the finest examples of French-style landscaping, with its flowerbeds, perspectives, and formal groves, set in the heart of a wooded park covering more than 375 hectares. This estate, already listed as a Historic Monument since 1928, was classified in 2022.

Although the park had retained its landscape coherence and the broad outlines of its composition inherited from the late17th century, the water features and vast perspectives, as well as the elements of the formal garden around the château, had fallen into disrepair. The work carried out on the south parterre consisted of clearly restoring its two characteristic features: the small park, laid out with French gardens and ponds, and the large park, predominantly wooded.

This project, delivered in June 2025, included a complete restoration of the island's pavilion, an elegant Italian-style building constructed in the 18th century by architect Jean Cailleteau (1690-1755), which had been damaged by humidity and the storm of 1999.
