The Dampierre estate, whose former castle was rebuilt in 1683 by architect Jules Hardouin Mansart (1646-1708), had been privately owned by the Luynes family since 1680. It changed hands in 2018 with a view to reopening to the public. That same year, the agency drew up a master plan for restoration and enhancement, defining the main stages of an ambitious project combining built and landscape heritage.

This program resulted in a series of successive interventions preparing for the reopening of the estate. The renovation of the Becquencourt manor house was completed in 2020, followed by the restoration of the castle's roof and walls in 2023, with the interior rooms' electrical systems soon to be certified as compliant with current standards. The entrance pavilions (2023) and the main gate (2024) have also been restored, and the courtyards and networks (2024) have been renovated, in conjunction with the creation of a reception building and a car park for visitors (2024). The restoration of the estate has recently continued with the redevelopment of its park, which covers more than 375 walled hectares, spread between Dampierre-en-Yvelines (297 hectares) and Saint-Forget (78 hectares).
